Swipemaxx ("Swipemaxx", "we", "us") is an iOS application operated by Lina De Martino. This policy explains what happens to your data when you use Swipemaxx.

The short version

• No account. You don't sign up, and we don't know who you are.
• Your photos are analyzed, not stored. They are sent securely to our server, passed to our AI provider to generate your report, and are never saved on our servers.
• Your results live on your device. Scan history, quiz answers and settings are stored locally in the app.
• We don't sell data. No ads inside the app, no data brokers. The only thing we measure is which ad brought you to Swipemaxx — and only if you give us permission.

What we process, and why

Photos you upload. When you run a scan, the photos you select are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our backend and forwarded to OpenAI's API to generate your analysis. We do not store your photos on our servers. Every photo is also automatically screened by a moderation system to block prohibited content. Under OpenAI's API data policy, content sent through the API is not used to train AI models and may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days for abuse and misuse monitoring before deletion.

Analysis results. To keep results consistent and avoid re-processing identical scans, we cache the text of your analysis (scores, verdicts and advice) on our server, keyed by an anonymous cryptographic fingerprint of the submitted photos. This cache contains no photos, no name and no account information, and cannot be linked to your identity by us.

On-device data. Your quiz answers, body type selection, scan history and app settings are stored only on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Purchases. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple account. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and manage subscription access, and Superwall to display our paywall. These service providers process anonymous app identifiers, device information and purchase/receipt information on our behalf. We never see or store your payment details.

Advertising and attribution. We run ads for Swipemaxx on platforms such as TikTok. To understand which campaigns actually bring people to the app — and to spend our advertising budget responsibly — we use AppsFlyer, a mobile measurement partner. When you first open the app, iOS shows you the App Tracking Transparency prompt, asking whether you allow tracking:

• If you allow it, we and AppsFlyer may use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) to connect the ad you interacted with (for example on TikTok) to your installation and to basic in-app events such as installs and subscription purchases. This is what Apple defines as "tracking."
• If you decline, we do not use your advertising identifier. We instead rely on Apple's SKAdNetwork, which gives us only aggregated, anonymous campaign results that cannot identify you.

In both cases, AppsFlyer and the advertising platform process anonymous device information (such as device model and operating system) and app events for measurement purposes. We never share your photos or your analysis results with these partners.

What we don't do

We don't require an account. We don't collect your name, email address or contacts. We don't access your photo library beyond the photos you explicitly select. We don't show ads inside Swipemaxx. We don't sell or rent any data to anyone. And if you decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, we don't use your device's advertising identifier at all.
